An AI teammate that knows your whole business.

A Yobot learns how your business actually runs, then works inside your tools every day. It drafts the quotes, chases the follow-ups, triages the inbox, and leaves you only the calls that need you.

Not a chatbot. A teammate that never clocks off, in the messaging app of your choice.

Why now

You're not behind. You're early.

Agentic AI in 2026 is where spreadsheets were in the early 90s: still new, and a real edge for whoever puts it to work first. The teams that wire it in now build the habits and the systems while everyone else is still talking about it. Yobot knows how to take your business requirements and build you an agent that knows your business and that you actually own.

Your know-how is scattered.

Sales, the inbox, the ops team: each holds a different piece of how the business runs. No one sees the whole picture, and almost none of it is written down.

Tools, but no traction.

“Just adopt AI,” they say, then hand you a chatbot that knows nothing about your business. So it stays a novelty while the real work piles up.

The lead is up for grabs.

It's early enough that moving now puts you ahead, not behind. The teams that wire AI in first compound the advantage while everyone else waits.

Yours, and never locked in

You own it. You're never locked in.

Big AI tools want all your work happening inside their walled garden, on their terms. A Yobot is different. You own the agent and the Brain behind it, and you choose the engine. It runs on Claude and Codex out of the box, with more models to come, so you can switch providers on a dime. If one doubles its price tomorrow, you just move, and your Yobot keeps working. No being trapped with the big two.

The difference

Where a chatbot stops, a teammate begins.

Two things separate a real teammate from somebody else's bot: how well it knows your business, and what it can actually do. Generic chat AI knows a little and does a little, and it is the same bot for everyone. A Yobot is built for the other corner: it works from your real business instead of guessing, and it can act, not just answer. It is the one that is actually yours.

What it can do

Don't use somebody else's bot. Use Yobot.

What you actually get

Five things you can point at.

No abstractions and nothing hand-wavy. A full Yobot lands in your business as five concrete deliverables.

01

A written Brain

Your know-how, captured as a living library you can read, correct and keep. If we ever part ways, it stays yours.

02

An agent in your team chat

It lives where the work already happens and answers like a teammate. No new dashboard to learn.

03

Named workflows with approval gates

Quote drafting, follow-up chasing, scheduled reporting. Anything outward waits for your OK.

04

A managed service

A real SLA, every change tested, a nightly self-audit and a monthly review. Someone is accountable, and it's us.

05

Your choice of engine

Claude or Codex today, more on the way. If a provider doubles its price, you move. Nothing breaks.

The anatomy of a teammate

Four parts that turn a chatbot into a teammate. You don't manage any of them. We do.

Brain

Your know-how, scattered across people, inboxes and tools, stitched into one place. It works from facts, not guesses.

Limbs

The tools and connectors that let it act, not just answer. Start with the admin, then hand over analytics, research, content, pipeline work, even tools your own customers can use. The more you trust it, the more it takes off your plate.

Spine

Guardrails, approval gates, security and quality, so it stays safe and sharp.

Heartbeat

Work that runs on a schedule without anyone starting it, like a daily status check across your open tickets, new leads and customer actions, ready when you log on.

Step 03Done for you

The full Yobot

A complete Brain built from your business, an agent live in your team's tools, and the workflows that actually earn their keep: detailed analytics, pipeline triage, customer follow-through, research and reporting, and whatever you need next. Run as a managed service.

Proof

One teammate who holds the whole picture.

Val is the Yobot built for Dating For Love, and she works like a real member of the team. Jiveny can hand her ten mixed things at once, reno orders, legal admin, retreat emails and the week's marketing, and Val does the legwork on all of it: the orders chased, the admin filed, the emails and marketing drafted, everything back for Jiveny's sign-off. Jiveny decides what matters. Val makes sure none of it sits waiting. Across a normal week she carries the content production, the Instagram and Facebook posts, the website and SEO analysis, and the paid-funnel launch prep, all to Jiveny's brief.

The AI assistant I always dreamed of.

Built in hours, hardened in operation

Val went from a plan to a working teammate in a day, then got safer and sharper through weeks of real operation.

Extends in days, not quarters

When DFL needed a customer-facing concierge and quiz, the same operating model shipped a working, stress-tested pilot in days.

A human OK on everything outward

Val proposes, the founders decide. Nothing customer-facing ships without a person signing off.

Meet the maker

Built by someone who needed it first.

Yobot started as Yoda, the agent Joe built to run his own work. Without anyone planning it, Yoda became a one-person company: product manager, developer, executive assistant, marketing analyst, copywriter, the lot.

The realisation was simple. If one agent could do all that for him, the same thing, productised, could do it for any owner buried in their own business. So that is what we build: the teammate we wished we had, then we run it for you.

I could not be getting this much done, this quickly. Honestly, I think I'd be way more overwhelmed without her.

How the full build works

Done for you, then run for you. An 8-week setup, then ongoing support.

Weeks 1 to 3

We learn your business.

We trawl your systems, interview your people, and turn how you work into a written Brain.

Weeks 4 to 6

We build and test.

Your agent and its first workflows, checked against real work before they run on their own.

Weeks 7 to 8

Acceptance and training.

We hand over with your team trained and confident.

Then we run it for you: one front door, a real SLA, every change tested, a nightly self-audit, and a monthly review.

The only question left
